Briefy tell u the story of Khun Peng n Khun Chang.

Khun Peng, Khun Chang and a lady, Nang Wanthong were childhood friends. KP grew up to be a clever, handsome, brave but poor man, while KC grew up to be ugly, bald, fat but very rich man. NW grew up to be a very beautiful lady.

KP married NW n later was ordered by the king to lead a army to war. KC took the opportunity to try to win her over with his wealth n succeed. The story goes on till, the king executed NW caused she could not choose between KC n KP.

Briefy tell u the story of Khun Peng n Khun Chang.

Khun Peng, Khun Chang and a lady, Nang Wanthong were childhood friends. KP grew up to be a clever, handsome, brave but poor man, while KC grew up to be ugly, bald, fat but very rich man. NW grew up to be a very beautiful lady.

KP married NW n later was ordered by the king to lead a army to war. KC took the opportunity to try to win her over with his wealth n succeed. The story goes on till, the king executed NW caused she could not choose between KC n KP.

if u r interested to know more abt this story, u can search in the net to read up.



So thai believe wearing KP, u will gain metta, as in good relationship with ppl n attracts opp sex but no money while wearing KC is directly opposite of KP, will help gain wealth n so on......

This is from "Luang Phor Koon" but history and year not sure...:o


History of LP Koon:-
Luang Phor Koon was born on Thursday, 4th October BE 2466. He was raised in a well off family. His grandfather was an influential person and very well-known in Nakon Raatchaseemah province. He also known to have Wichah (magic power), and many people were afraid of him. When Luang Phor Koon was 7 years old , his grandfather brought him to study Thai and Pali under Ajarn Cheum, Ajarn Saai and Phra Ajarn Lee in a temple near his house. Luang Phor Koon was ordained as a monk at the age of 21 years old at Wat Thanon HakYai on 5th May BE 2487. Phra Kru Wijahn Dtigit was the preceptor. Phra Kru Atigahn Torng Suk was his dhamma teacher. His monk's name is Paristtoh.

Luang Phor Koon stayed in Wat Thanon HakYai to study dhamma, in addition Luang Phor Koon also learned under Luang Daeng Wat Nong Poh. He learned dhamma, sammahdti and Wichah (magic) from Luang Phor Daeng. Luang Por Koon was very diligent when studied under Luang Phor Daeng. Seeing that Luang Phor Koon was so keen in learning, Luang Phor Daeng brought Luang Phor Koon to meet Luang Phor Kong who was the abbot of Wat HatYai. Then, Luang Phor Koon became the disciple of Luang Phor Kong. Luang Phor Kong was a Phra Tudong (forest monk) and taught and brought Luang Pohr Koon to Tudong (forest dwelling). Besides dhamma and sammahdti, Luang Phor Kong also taught Luang Phor Koon Wichah (magic) on inserting Takrut into a person's arm.

After learning from Luang Phor Kong for some time, Luang Phor Koon went Tudong alone. He went as far as Laos and Cambodia. He stayed in the deep forests of Laos and Cambodia for many years. During the rainy season, if Luang Phor Koon was near town, he would stayed in any one of the temple near town to Khow Pansah (rainy season for a monk to stay indoors), if he was still in the forest, he would stay in the forest and continue his Tudong.
Luang Phor Koon returned to Thailand after more than 10 years of Tudong, and reside at Wat Bahn Rai, Nakon Ratchasima. The first time, Luang Phor Koon came to Wat Bahn Rai, the temple was in bad condtion. There was only a old Salah (shether), Bot (hall) and Guti (place where Buddha Statue will be placed). Luang Phor Koon seeing that was determined to re-build this temple. He approached the abbot of the temple at that time, and asked him for his help. The abbot told him that the temple did not have much fund (only 10,000 bahts) and asked Luang Phor Koon how much money he needed to re-build the temple. Luang Phor Koon replied that he needed 3 to 4 million bahts. When the abbot heard that, he said that he had no ability to help, though it was his duties. Luang Phor Koon, then asked the villagers and his lay disciples to source for fund. Many people came forward and helped. The total fund collected was almost 2 million bahts and Wat Bahn Rai was re-built.

Luang Phor Koon was gradually gaining popularity in Nakon Ratchasima. Whenever, people heard Luang Phor Koon wanted to build a temple or a school, many people would come forward to help. Luang Phor Koon had built many schools, temples and hospitals in Nakon Ratchasima. The devotees who go to Wat Bahn Rai, be it rich or poor, Luang Phor Koon will meet them personally and bless them. He would specially make time for the poorer devotees, because to Luang Phor Koon, the poorer devotees need to earn a living, and thus their time is more precious comparing to the richer ones who had already have a stable livelihood.

Luang Phor Koon chanted the most amulets in Thailand. Many temples and people would create the amulets and asked him to bless. He seldom rejected anyone when come to him for blessings. Luang Phor Koon is very good in the Wichah of inserting Takrud. He would personally insert the Takrud under the arm of the devotees, these Takrud are very well proven to protect a person from accidents, Metta and as well as Kong Grapan (immunity from weapons).

Almost 20 years, Luang Phor Koon had chanted and inserted Takrud, but now Luang Phor Koon had stopped due to poor health. However, he will still meet and bless the devotees who go to Wat Bahn Rai to pay respect to him.

For your 1st piece it is by LP Nak Wat Rakang, Somdej Naipow, the back logo is the Royal Thai Police logo. But i don't know who and which shop you are getting from, but the material is abit funny to me. Somdej Naipow material shouldn't be like that. But i would advise you to get more information about the Somdej Naipow from the dealer you getting from. 2nd piece is LP Daeng Wat Kao Ban dit 2513 and i see this piece something very wrong with it. Sorry that i took so long, This is the piece of authentic LP Daeng Wat Kao Bandit which belongs to my friends. What your piece shows those gold fragments is actually from crush gold of some buddha statue but this particular phim (model) with gold fragments only made certain amount which i forgotten. And one thing to see the difference is that the gold fragments is all mixed together with the powder to pump out this special batch of Somdej. So it's actually very visible on the difference on yours and my frend. 2nd, look at the yant at the back. can you se the difference and also the material. The 2nd piece you posted is also very wrong.

As to how many batch of Somdej which LP Daeng produce, i ain't too sure, but if i didn't remember wrongly, i think 2513 or 17 is the last batch he produce. anyway my knowledge is so so only, will speak of what i know that's all.

Haiz, well, maybe you guys ask the seller or dealer to do a check before telling the informations to you.

Police logo at the back one is only chanted by LP Nak at Wat Rakhang. People sell az Naipow but not naipow.

Real naipow chanted by many gurus led by LP Nak behind no chop chanted at Wat Indraviharn.

You should say "siopaput" in sgp hokkien to locals or any buddha shop sales asst.....to see if they know the orginal name of this buddha.In those days......gangsters wear this when fight in gang clash....it gives u the feel of power when you are attack and figth back!!

That's why its a bit of a misnomer isnt it? Like I have seen those Khun Peng amulets of Buddha image hugging a woman.....to me dont seem right. Anyone can verify the existance of "siopaput"...if so why would any monk make such amulets?

But afaik those Khun Peng amulets are all using buddha images. There are no image of Khun Peng so the lady is hugging buddha which I think is not right.....many pple say that is Khun Peng's 2nd wife but the fact remains the monks make the amulets of a woman hugging Buddha which is not allowed right?

Kun peng is just like our chinese Guan Gong ( Guan Tek Gong ) who went to war always win never lost ( chang shen Jun ) always win general... but the diff is their nation and Kun Peng pratice black magic....

As for Tiger tooth as long it being chant by thai monk or ah chan it becum a barang of thai , if bommoh chant it then it belong to malay barang lo, simple kekeke... People believe tiger is the most fierce animal ( WANG ) so u can see tiger forhead got this WANG chinese words so those Dirty thing see liao will s scare,and do all thing oso WANG :D

Thank you all bros for the useful info, just a quick question, i got a thai amulet a couple of months back, from my brother who dun wear it anymore. since he hasn't been wearing for a lonf time, i brought it to the thai temple at bukit merah to bless, i think i might have done some disrespectful things to my amulet though they were unintentional... any way to rectify/pacify the amulet? btw, i'll be going phuket this month, maybe some bros can advise me on where to head for blessing for my amulet.

personally i got the tattoos done twice,once in oil but the second time was in ink for asthetic purposes.it is a super painful process much worse than what you get in conventional tattoo parlours.my purpose for getting the tattoos is to ward off "dirty things" as i have been seeing them since young but after i have gotten them done i have no encounters with them anymore.there are many restrictions once you have them.i can only remember that you are not allowed to let the girl get on top while shagging her.no walking under ladies' undergarments also.you also cannot let anyone slap your back.and also must do good things obviously.:)

No matters wat color u used the effect will be the same. It is like having a permanent amulet in your body which "dirty" stuffs will not harm u.

There r many colors, white, red, green, black, blue, pink.... I saw blue yant b4. Some temples provide only a certain color, so b4 tattoo u need to check with the temple.

Used to be they only open on weekends but now everyday the shops operate from 9am-5pm. The roadside ones also follow same timing :)
