Huai Kwang is a good place to go at night......... For shopping, makan, see gers or beer.......... Huai Kwang Terrance n The Park Avenue r two good places to go for liveband, beer, makan n see gers :p There r oso a few seafood restaurants around........ Thanks all bros for your reply, a friend of mine and his bro recently went to Nana and was quoted roughly 3.5k ST (room + bar fine inclusive)

However, they were also quoted 6k ex bar fine at soi cowboy ! )Which he rejected.)

Nowadays they really full on money grabber. Bkk is really not like what it used to be.

If u are into soapy massage: skip Huay Kwang area and go to Phetaburi road where the thais go to slurp slurp.

Or go Patpong but skip the Castle type agogos and go to the less frequent bars. There were a few there with pretty puyings but no naked shows.

Soi 33 dead artistes bars was my initiation to Bkk eons ago. :o Didn't know likes of SC or Nana then. Recall few years back, the whole stretch was deathly quiet. Even chased 1 supposedly new lead Jap bar, but 2 of us made a quick u-turn exit after seeing we were only customers. With 1 puying outside trying her best to drag in unsuspecting blokes. Or was she bored and fiddling with her mobile?

There was a ST hotel nearby which I patronised once, big room with toothbrush thrown in for a tip. Yo, then was enclave of jap ktv and bars.
