I can only quote you the best price i ever nego and follows by for those massage along the streets:

HJ - 300 - 500 THB on top of massage.
BBBJ - 700-1000 THB on top of massage.
FJ - 1000-1200 on top of massage.

Sometimes take into consideration that they take about 50% of the massage fee, so if you see a massage price could be 500 v 300 thb per hour.

Normally I nego at complete price including massage. it will be better.:o
