mapy.sex.cz is probably the best way to find privats. You will need a phone, ideally with a local SIM card, and you should be prepared to have a lot of them hang up on you if you don't speak Czech. The historic city center is a bit of a desert with a few overpriced "nightclubs." Much better slightly to the southeast, in the Vinohrady neighborhood.

Visited the location for masaz-praha.com during a recent trip to Prague. It's located within walking distance from old town. Asked for an one hour nuru massage, cost 2000 czk.
