I am a bit reluctant to post this, as I would prefer to keep her for myself, but she is a beautiful, nice girl and she needs the business, so here goes.

Yes... The operators are generally people who aren't too educated. If they are, they wouldn't be doing this. I usually cfm again on morning of the booking even if I have made a booking one day before. If you don't respond at the time of the booking and kena blocked, I'm afraid you only have yourself to blame. So just move on to the next stable, plenty to go around. :cool:
