Your simplification seem to make it sound more complicated leh. Really, your sense od direction is really jialat but luckily, you know at least a few places in CP like MIRATON, Hui Hua PZL, Chang Ping Laundry and I think Tommy Boy Cafe. Oh! And Hao Ji (豪记) Crab/Prawn Congee.

Frankly, not many people DO NOT know Federal Building lah. Even when you go to CP for the very first, you will definately visit Zhong Yuan Street, IMO - you are not observant and take note of your surrounding buildings, all that is on your mind is which PZL MM to pick, which/how many MM to pick later. I think it is safe to say that Federal Building landmark status is equivalent to MahBoonKrong (MBK Centre) is to Bangkok. You sinply can't missed this place as it is that prominent.

U dun know is becos u dun bother lah..

Dun forget that when we 1st went to cp, PZL was not even open yet.. So no ppl will know where is PZL but knows where is 联邦.

Also mainly cos in 联邦 there's a lot of famous place like 毛家 aka 泉心饭店, 音乐龙，大甲 etc etc...
And not to say at the end is 上岛咖啡.
