Its very personal but what I really dont like is how she sequences the routine. Most of the time, we will always have a quick shower first before we get onto the massage bed.

I normally do not tip, not even for those that I rtm on a regular basics, strictly no tips. I rather bring some snack for them. But there are some rare occasion where I tip $10-20 when service is really good.

market rate for ML that offer FJ is $150 all in, nothing more.
