Went over last weekend

Bought an one way ticket at S$32
Reached Balai around 0900 hrs Indo time.
Took 20 minutes to clear custom.

Bought a return ticket at Rp 235,000 upon clearance
Change money @ Rp9940
Slowly stroll around and check in hotel
Took an Rp 5,000 yellow oplet to villa.

Reached Villa around 1100 hrs Indo time
A lot of dino inside most of the house.
Finally found 1 SYT at Rp 800,000 in the last few houses.

The difference in tix price are insignificant...
But the advantages of getting one way is....
you won't be restricted by using the same ferry operator to rtn.
And u hv more flexibility on the timeing.

They don't allows passengers to use the return portion of the other operator.

U are right. So u have to decide whether to save cost and book 2 way with same operator.

Solo trip its worth taking oplet. Just rp5k. Save tip from taking driver/taxi. If regular try built up good relationship with okts there. Will benefit you.
