agree ,very hard to walk from makkasan station to MRT!!! their design very strange leh ,have to walk out of the station and then cross road to walk to MRT?!?!

Anyone chionging BKK from 8-10 Mar? I'm going there for some outstation and instead of the usual Ratchada area, Sukumvit, was wondering if there are other newer joints??? Last trip was Nov09.... Gonna get Thai mobile number so that its cheaper since my last Sim card expired on me....:(

Day 2...(Thursday)
At about 2.30pm, Woke up by her tickling touch. She ask me “Sa bai mai? (I think it means Feel good?)”. I replied “Sa bai” and she slowly stroke it and give me BJ till in CIM again, 3rd round fired. This is the best way to wake you up is not by alarm clock. Hehe. It’s already 3pm so we took shower together and we head to Asok BTS and alight at Siam BTS. We took our lunch at Pepper Lunch. After lunch, she asked me to wait for her at Starbuck as she needs to go home to take clothing to stay with me in hotel. So I relaxed at nearby Starbuck cafe. She came back after an hour. After coffee, she told me she needs to go back hotel to change as she need to work at night. So we took BTS back to hotel. We watched movie in hotel and at 7.30pm, she put up her make-up and head for work at 8pm. We went out together but she took motor-cycle taxi to her work place at Pat Pong and I took motor-cycle to Baiyoke Sky Hotel nearby for some shopping. I stop by at one of the massage place near the Baiyoke Sky Hotel for a leg massage (2hr for 400Bht). After massage (abt 11pm), I head off to Pat Pong to look for my girl at the same Agogo bar. This time, Papasan came over with my bottle and drink with me. This time, I only bought 1 drink for her as she has got her minimum drink for the day. Papasan kept on asking girl to sit with me. Ask me to barfine some other gal but after I have rejected him 2 times, he didn’t ask anymore. I think he felt that I’m aiming for Coyote gals only. I stayed at the bar till close and head off first to meet my gal elsewhere. She asked along 2 more gals and we head off to a pub and drink there because her friend got un-finish bottle. After drinking, both of us head by hotel.
In the hotel, she suddenly didn’t allow me to shower with her. Ask me go shower first. After I’ve done, she went in herself and locked the door.  Tell me cannot see and ask me go laid down first. After she showered, she came out in the black sexy night dress. Immediate, my “bro” wake up and she ask me “sexy mai”. Of course sexy!!! She slowly climbs on the bed and on top of me. Tickling me with her tongue while stroking my “bro” and I slowly remove her dress and fingered her. Gosh, she’s already wet. One thing I noticed that she only show facial expression when I fingered her but got no sound from her but I can see she is enjoying it as her strokes and BJ me faster. Felt that I’m going to fire, I changed and put on my cap and the rest are usual position till I fired. Got up and showered and fall back to bed.

Day 3,
This time, my girl told me she needs to go off as she needs to do the things and left early in the morning at 9am. I continue to sleep till afternoon. Head out to take train at Sukhumvit MRT to Hua Lamphong MRT to go to china town. Took my favourite “Kway Chap” inside china town (The place where got a lot of whole sale prices things). After shopping, went back to hotel and put my things. At 9pm, I went to a Nabo Cafe for dinner and head to Soi Cowboy to Midnight Bar to look for mamasan. Mamasan was happy to see me. Some gals with numbers approached and sit with me and I rejected them. Then Mamasan tell the gals that I’m regular there and I only sit with coyotes. Got to know a New Coyote who understand and speaks English. I told her I’m leaving Singapore next day and we made an agreement to meet at Makkasan espress train at 9.30am. Spend about 1000bht and left at 12mid night to go to Pat Pong to finish off my reminding bottle. After drinking at Pat Pong, I went back hotel and waited for my gal as she came back at 3am to have last round of fun.
Day 4
I told my gal I have to check out my hotel early as I need to be at airport early. I know that she won’t be able to follow me to airport because she is carrying a lot of the things. Etc: cloths, make-up, her own hair-dryer”. It’s already 9.30am, I managed to flag a cab for her and after I see her leave, I took a cab to Makkasan Espress train and upon reaching there; I say the coyote last night. We took the express train together. When we reach airport, I check in at the Cathay Pacific economy row. The staff told me that there is over-booking so I get a free upgrade to business-class. Hosay lah, never sit before Business Class. The feeling in the business class is wonderful as you are like VIP. After checked-in, we went to Nebo Cafe for breakfast and she told me she works at Naughty Girl at Orchard Tower before and she is going there again during May. I give my number to her and ask her to keep in touch with me. Upon time up, she sees me walked in the immigration. After immigration, I went to search for Business Class Lounge, try my luck but was informed by the counter that lounge service is not available for free upgrade passenger. Super paisei and went to the gate to board the plane back. The rest of the experience in Business class is really wonderful. You have to try it once if you never had it before. Cheers.

Are you using Iphone 4? If yes, my suggestion, dont take AIS service provider. Have a bad experience cause keep on unable to call out. For AIS, iphonr 4 sim card cost about 300bht (its lesser, forget the exact amount) and top up 200bht. For 300bht, it gives you 60hr of internet connection. It is very useful if you are using google map but you have to turn off when not using if not the hr will use up. 60 hr is enough for you to turn-on 2 1/2 day. so my suggestion is you can turn it on 24hr after 2nd day onward. (Remember to Bring your iphone 4 PIN to take out the sim card)

was told by fren. he had given his thai GF 300K bht to take over an existing cafe which was 30mins drive from the heart of BKK. We met last night after he return to SG yesterday afternoon.

He was so worried he actually carried a pen knife with him as he had 300K cash with him. I didnt get too much detail from him. All I knew... it looks real deal. will the cafe make money? I hope it will. by the way. I only know the cafe can sit like 18-20 pax and serve like steak and western noodle etc. didnt ask him how many staff to run it.

Lastly. If deal is really real and make money. I gonna look into the option to take over existing shop. Only problem. How should I run it? He has his GF. I only have like couple of thai fren.

I heard the station will have luggage check-in ? main thing I worry about with taxi is traffic situation , some times you cannot pick what day/time you want to go airport at , and if weekday , some places really jammed up

I believe the baggage check in for Makkasan station is only for Thai Airways flights currently. I'm not too sure if they have expanded the service for all airlines yet.

Bro firstly, are you a PR or stationed in BKK? If not how to run it full-time all by yourself, also unless you are fluent in thai or well verse with doing business esp. food business in Thailand, otherwise i doubt its gonna be easy, plus you have to worry abt the logistics, marketing, supply source for food & drinks, "tea-money", staffs etc etc...that is if you even by past the renovation part....its definitely gonna cost you more than just that 300K...so cheap and can make money dun think you would even have a chance to take over liao:p

Think you really got to do some real homework and not merely by asking around...you would need to make several trips there, survey the crowds, get quotes and do a real calculation on the actual figures needed to come upfront and the money needed to sustain before you actual see some profits...

Yup yup. my fren told me still have to pay rental. I think like wise too (when got take over biz and no need to pay rent one). He told me his GF took over the cafe as per existing condition. Does he need to do some minor renovation. that I didnt ask him. But I want to find out more from him since his going to visit his GF like 2-3 times a month. Gonna fish out more info.

My latest info from him when talked to him this evening.... the 1st day took in 40k bht. I did a quick math and that could well bring in 1.2mln bht a month. Wah.... so good? So I quickly asked him. how many staff. he told me currently is his GF runs it with 1 waitress and 2 chef. with a rental of 25k bht/mth. gonna fish out more like staff salary, cost of food/day and electrical & water bill.

Is it 4k or 40k baht takings a day? Is it a cafe or a agogo bar...1.2million baht per month...

Where got small cafe with a seating of 18-20 pax can have a turn over of 40k baht = SGD$1,692 per day, your maths abit off leh... :D

If really got 1.2 million turnover per month dunno how many souls in the forum would had became cafe owners long time back...
