How is the villas situation there? Is it still a place worth to visit or should go to Batam instead?

Just returned from Tg Balai , I found this place no longer suitable for Singapore chiongsters.
1. Ferry from Batam and Kukup reaches Balai earlier in the morning. Even if you wake up at 5am to catch ferry at Puteri ferry. You are the last to arrive at the villa.
So, the stocks are left over ones, those pretty ones and with good service ones are taken.
2. The area near the ferry is a small community , everyone knows everyone. They are good at chopping newcomer. Who ever bought you to the Villa will get a share of 100k-200k from the mommy/Papa.
3. all the eating outlets, seafood restaurant are kampong style. But you get charged much more than those air-con restaurants in Batam. It means you get chopped at eateries as well.
4. The island has no night activities , most shops closed early. That means besides bed activities you have nothing to do.
5. So if you can’t find a girl in the villa that suits your taste, or if the girl problematic, you literally wasted the RM180 ferry ticket and 2 days of holidays.
6. The stocks quality in the villa drops a lot compared to post covid time, that’s why now the place only frequent by Malaysian Indians and uncles.
7. Service wise, you booking allows for 3 fucks and the girls accompany in hotel room until next morning only. If you want anything else is purely depends on luck. If you can’t speak Malay then don’t think about GFE. The girl can just say no kiss, no this ,no that. there’s nothing much you can do about it.
8. The girl also chop you by asking 100k to take Gojek back to villa.

In conclusion, not worth going, girl quality cim, everybody chops you, Johor and Batam are better option.
