Walk in like you lived there , if guard stops you then write the log book with fake details.

Or if there's other resident living there going by the side gate then tag along behind before the gate closes.

(1) walk in like a boss as what other bros said.
(2) tag along other residents and go in before gate close.
(3) walk to the guard and write logbook and he will let you in. (i did this, the guard is very friendly, dont really care what u write also, he just pass me the logbook and continue watch his drama.)

For the past visits,I just tell the guard I'm a visor lo.then write the level eg 3 level above with fake details lo.

Bro, except for Sydney, the other 3 you mentioned have been tried and tested by numerous bros here, and are probably among the best bets you can find. All 3 are probably worth your money :)
