You don't have to leave a reason either. Many people just put a dash or a full stop and nothing more. No words need to be spoken. If you want to zap, the silent zap is the best weapon of all. :D

But he IS the guy who zapped you. That's why I said he's done nothing wrong. He followed all the requirements of rule 8 so there's no reason for me to take any action whatsoever.
