Hi guys recently i find my erected dick not as hard as before.
Last time is rock solid hard, now is just firm and erect enough to have sex nia.
Kinda worried. I am 39 this year.
Should i see a doctor?

hi bro, i was having similar issues a few years back (i'm older than u!), i could get rock hard for 10+ minute stretches, but cannot maintain hardness all the way for marathon sessions like during my younger days :o

did a bit of research, tried a few things and it helped, sharing my tips here for u and other interested bros:

hardness is mainly about blood flow, how to improve blood flow?

1. cardio exercise to keep the heart pumping strongly
2. take care of health (check for silent killers like diabetes and heart disease)
3. reduce/avoid/minimise stress

do also note some medications affect blood flow:

a. blood pressure medication
b. allergy medication (antihistamines)
c. nasal decongestant (specifically pseudoephedrine)
d. antidepressants

tying in with point 2. take care of health to minimise usage of medications, or try to avoid taking these meds before sex

Viagra will definitely help but it would be far better to check for any underlying issues first.

Erection last longer but once you cum, its gone. Try cialis. That may help

The loss of ability to achieve an erection is a gradual process in most cases.

I try cialis recently. Erection do seems slightly harder than before, although before that i still can achieve an erection but not so firm.
Weird thing is i had a hard on in the middle of the night for no reason when i go and pee..haha.

Viagra and such helps to get hard easier, but not give you a good hardness, that will depend on your body and how excited you are, I think.

That is normal and I am older than you. Are you a heavy smoker? If so, better cut down, or best stop 100%

Are you obese as well? If so, better start exercising

These are physical and lifestyle habits that will affect older men

That’s better than many out there your age. I think you can try something new with your sex partner, like talk about what excites both of you, then do it. Was once I brought out the fact that I never tried on the bathroom, and we did it. For a while the hardness went up a whole new level and then brought this into our rotation

At 39, use it before you lose it. I am 64. Can’t get it up by itself. Thank goodness for Viagra, still able to enjoy sex. And yes, exercise and diet helps too. Sometimes with the help of Viagra, can be hard as when you are young.

Bro, sometimes still have the urge. So, need to release leh … hehehe.
Only thing is, can’t pump for too long. Very tiring. With regular exercise, 5-7 minutes still manageable.

Psychological factors, depression, stress, anxiety. Physical factors may be tired from work. or as a side effect of medication use. Unhealthy lifestyles such as drugs or smoking can be reason why the dick not hard like before
