Went there from 6 to 8 feb

It was quite a bad trip for me this time round.
Firstly, was told by the operator that the boat for 8.00am was fully book.Have to book 1.30pm ferry. I have never encounter such situation for the past few year so advice to bro here to book in advance. Seem like a lot of tour group going there.

Secondly, the cewek i book on the first day was fuck up. No BJ, Cannot touch, cannot kiss & hug. Still want 50000rp for me . Immediately ask her to go back after one shot. I have promise her no complain to papai & driver.

Luckily the cewek on second day was good but cost me 400 000rp which i feel quite expensive but worth it.

Just wonder is it adviceable to go to Maxi by public bus at the jetty. Heard from the local it cost only 3000rp per person . Just have to watch out for pick pocket only. Don`t know which is safer Ojek or bus.
Any advice?

Bro i thought u mention u got a driver? u can ask him to wait for u at the jetty. Its better u take ojek from jetty to maxi. :D

OK. To kickstart this thread, heres a brief belated Frs 5D4N trip to Tg batu and Tg Balai karimun. I shall stick to TBK posts.

Hmmm...looking at my watch, it took us only 20mins to reached Tg Balai Karimun domestic jetty fm Tg Batu (prayun), Kundur. This particular jetty is quite a distance away fm the regional jetty. Coming out fm the jetty, walking thru a coffee shop that lead us to the main road, and tere we are infront of Balai Mosque. Slow walk as its only 5mins to Rasa Sayang Hotel. Checked into std room at RP205K after some bargaining. Without wasting much time, asked driver to bring us to Villa and Rukko. We took 1 fm Villa at RP430K, two from Rukko at RP280K each. Great prices from the latter. Services was good. No complaints fm us.

At nite, went to dinner but my favourite seafood rest was closed. So no choice we went to Long Beach restaurant and prepare to get our throat cut. Cewek choice. So we obliged. Bill came to RP380K for 6 pax! No beer, no crabs! Btw, teres a new restaurant beside Long Beach. Next time will check this one out.

After dinner went to karaoke at Rasa Sayang hotel till almost midnite. After a few drinks, called it a nite and went to individual rooms where we start our bonking sexxion. Mine was fm Bandung. Services was good. But nothing to shout about.

Next morning, tipped her RP100K. Went for our breakfast. Then went back to our room and dozzze off. After lunch decided to pay Villa/Rukko another visit. This time round we skipped Villa and went to Rukko. Three of us took fm the same joint. Mammy recognized us and gave us special discount. RP250K each. At this juncture, I realized one of my favourite joint CK closed for good. Some of the gils went over to next door joint. Cant remember the name. Business very bad nowadays at Balai according to Mami.

Gils came around 4pm. Went for dinner at our favourite rest 688. Bill came to about RP290K including crabs. Reasonable.

After dinner went back to hotel. SOP. Service quite good. Mine from Pekan Baru. Again, no complaints fm my two friends regarding their ceweks. In fact we were contemplating having 6some and orgy! But one of them shy. But she told us next time maybe its possible! But must be fm same joint. .

Next morning, tipped her RP100K, booked 1st ferry and reached Spore 10.30am. Almost two hrs to reach Spore. Anyway, none of us in a hurry to rush out of the ferry unlike when the ferry reaching Balai jetty. Could see fm the faces of some Singaporean on board the ferry. Faces all sucks. Sombre look! Juz like us too.....

We intended not to engage the driver the next trip so looking for alternative.
As i want to stay in Maxi but their driver cannot pick us up at the Jetty. So only by bus or Ojeck or by foot.:D

I must said the new Maxi after revonation was stunning especially their dinning place .You can have a sea view in air con or outdoor during breatfast. It look cosy also.:)

Bro, your tip so big ah 100K. I though u r alway careful about giving tip. Now economy bad mah not many people can give such a big tip.
Tip them 50k for me is already a lot.:)

How to take the bus , just like SPORE ?
Board the bus , tell the driver our destination & pay 3000rp ?

You pay when you get down.... Just yell "kiri" when you are near your destination....

To Ruko, use only the yellow oplet.

U r right. 50K used to be the norm. But not nowadays. Costs of living high at TBK since mid last yr. Furthermore the booking fees was a steal.

I tipped her RP100K cos..hmm....middle of the nite, rabba rabba her, she woke up, showed me tat CFM look, went straight to the toilet, gargled, came to me with open arms...and the rest is history. Tats service! ;)

Anyway nowadays tips for above average (service) cewek preferably be RP70K > imo. I dont tip every cewek RP100K hor. :D

Xdecepticon is a veteran in Balai scene ever since I was in the forum thing and I notice also the tipping have increase from a 50K (considered as high those days and now 100K as reasonable). We have to accept the fact that the booking fees also have increase tremendously....not to mention the ferry fees also increase hahahahaha!:D:D

My current tipping of RP100K is an exception rather than the norm. Her give-n-take attitude impresses me considering the fact nowadays most of the gils at TBK attitude problem!

Btw, during those time when RP hovering below RP5000/S$1.00, most of the time I wld tip those average cewek S$10 i/o RP50K. :D Want to tip must oso tip smart. ;)

Anyway, since RP hovering @ 7600=7800 range, to tip RP50K I really paiseh especially when the booking fees quite a steal.

Bro, dont get me wrong but may I ask do u travel alot when u r at TBK? Do u go sightseeing, temples, waterfall, beach, etc? Are u those type who spent 3/4 of ur cheonging time outside ur room/hotel, moving from places to places? If not, why so particular abt a mere RP10K tpt cost fm jetty to hotel?

Do u know how much is RP10K (ojek). Its only @S$1.30. U can even bargain with those ojek (not nearby hotel) along the main road if u want to. Not all but some of the local ojek tere are nice guys. Poor chaps. They oso earning a decent living. Paying extra RP7k is peanuts when compare to the booking fees u gonna get ketok fm OKT! :rolleyes:

Meet Hendriks who was previously working in Malaysia is now an ojek in Balai. This photo was taken early in the morning from my room window.

The bench Hendriks was sitting on is also his bed where he sleeps at night. I never see him having his breakfast or lunch or dinner. Although, my group usually move around by oplet, we occasionally engage ojeks like Hendriks if we are in a hurry (Mike, this is to answer your remark about me being generous) or even try the becas if we want a leisurely tour. So please give the becas and ojeks like Hendriks some business. They too have families to support in Flores, NTT etc.

But be warned.... don't take any ojek to go to Ruko/Villa. If you must, get your own regular driver. Or else just take the yellow oplet and get down in front of Mak Buyung Restaurant.

Yes, its Rp 3,000 to anywhere.
Each oplet has its own fixed route. Blue goes to Meral, Brown goes to Teluk Uma(?) and Yellow goes to Kapling. But from the jetty all of them will pass by Maxi and go their own route after Kingstar.

Top up girl sim card at least Rp20k. Ferry to and fro, $57/-. Booking girls at least Rp300k. what is Rp10k??

If want to save, may as well walk to Maximillian? If still want to save, then take the hotel van to villa. That settle!

a normal 2D1N trip for me with a group of 4 will be ard S$250 very very cheap compare to s'pore and very very relax... if u wanna keep away from bz life that is a right place... nothing to worry just worry about your didi can come how many shot:D
