From what I know, still have many ppls not understand about the Reputation system.

So I start this thread to help and clarify.


Reputation System

Min requirement to get power, 10 post and 40 points

Example,
Join Date: Oct 2005
Posts: 10 ( to get power, min 10 posts )
Points: 40 ( to get power, min 40 points earn )
Power: 8

Join Date: Oct 2005
Post: 9 ( If post less then 10 post, your power show 0 )
Points: 40
Power: 0

Join Date: Oct 2005
Post: 15
Points: 39 ( If Points less then 40, your power show 0 )
Power: 0

How the power counted?
First year you get 1 power, then every year +1 power
2013 - 2005 = 8 (If the join month is before the present month then +1 power)
Bonus: When you earn 3000 points, +1 power

How to get points?
When someone up you, that person have power 5, then you get 5 points.

How to earn points?
1) Become Premium Member. Premium Member Benefits.
2) contribute to the forum by posting good information, stories, photo or video. People will up you if they like it.
3) Exchange points… (not encourage)

Can I up someone if I have power 0?
Yes, you can but that person get 0 points, and you have to wait 3-100 years then you can up the same person again.

How many people can I up per day?
You can only up 1 person every 24 hour.

Can I up the same person again?
You have to up other 1000 people, then you can up the same person again.
That mean if you up 1 person every 24hrs continue for about 3 years, then you can up the same same person again... (mission impossible loh, LOL :D)

How do you check who had up you?
Click the "User CP" ( it's beside FAQ )

How to check how many post, points and power you have?
Just make a new post and all information will show at the right corner of the post.

Do you know how many power will you get? ;)

Oct your power should be "4" and after Oct your power will become "5"

Same as mine, now I have "8" and Nov my power will become "9" .... another year older liao. :o

To be more precise,

1. Every anniversary date +1 power

2. Is not the join month, its the join date.
Eg now is October. if u join 28 Oct, your power will not increase before 28 Oct but will increase +1 when date is 28 Oct

3. Power increases by 1 for EVERY 3000 points. ie if u reach 3000 points, power +1.
Reach 6000 point, power +1 to your existing power, etc...

hi bros,

actually i have been inactive for very long and when i was back recently. i realised that my pts went down to 25 when i used to have 30 which was upped by kind bros like Shanghaifun and bro Meltdown for my fast report. so would like to ask if the pts actually decrease by themselves due to my inactivity?

I don't think pts will decrease by themselves due to inactive.

How do you check who had up you?
Click the "User CP" ( it's beside FAQ )

Check your history in User CP, see who had up you and "who" had deduct your points.
Normally people who zap you, they don't put his/her name.

Inside User CP, there are 3 columns,

1) New Subscribed Threads
2) Latest Reputation Given, right side can see your Reputation Power.
3) Latest Reputation Received, right side is your point(s) total

Under Latest Reputation Received,
You will see 3 color highlight, gray, green and red.
Gray = Someone have no power and up you.
Green = Someone have power and up you.
Red = Someone had deduct you points.

The system don't tell you how many points they up/zap you.
So you have to see the comment they give you, get the user name and search the person see how many power he have and you get how many points.
If that person 3 year ago have power 5 and up you 5pts, now he have power 8 but your points don't increase.
