I think it differs for different people.
Some people says that masturbating more increases your endurance during FJ, while some people says that masturbating more "desensitizes" one to the extend that you cant feel much during FJ,cum quicker or in TS case, can only ejaculate by HJ.

So i think its best that you take online advises with a pinch of salt.

Masturbation is a more intense experience compared to Fj for obvious reason, the porn we watch while doing it doesnt help either in our actual sex life.

Excessive or habitual handjob will make one experience fj as less sensitive or not as good as handjob. Esp if ur partner is not as attractive as those porn actress we r used to watch. For myself these two factors contributed to difficulty in cumming while having sex for a period of my life.

What i did was to refrain from any handjob few days before sex.. this and exercise helps alot. Another trick I used to help me cum while having sex is to fantasize while fucking or find that one position that excite u e.g. doggy style.

A good sex partner is very important too.. a good technique executed blowjob no doubt helps alot.

On the other hand one of the good benefit masturbation bring (at least to me) is that I am able to last much longer in sex with regular handjob, i masturbate almost everyday on those days without sex with my partner.

Not really true.

If u wan ur dick to be sensitive e.g. during blowjob juz get ur Missy to pull it downwards towards ur anal direction while sucking, this will pushes and hold more blood in the dick... the head will swell and so will your dick sensitiveness.

I have masturbate almost daily since my early teen and I dun find that my dick is "desensitise" during sex or hj.

not proven.. what is proven is too much masturbation cause some people to think that too much masturbation cause some people to cum too quickly during fj :D
