Indian affordable LB in Singapore

This is an wonder ful community you got here.
Am new to Singapore and am looking for a pretty pre op trans woman who is not very expensive.
Tried my luck in back page and found one but she quoted 200$ for an hour which I felt is very expensive.

Any one know where to find one please help me out a bit.

Also let me know if its legal to find TS in rowell am scared of getting caught and this is my first time and I really want to try one with Indian.
