Qn: my other half is from Thailand , what documents does she need to bring. Or do I sneak her in?

Is this problem particular to Singaporeans only?

How come I dun have this problem? Every time I check into hotel I only need to show my passport regardless of whether I check in alone or with my partner.

not sure if this happens to all 81, I did tried to sneak up using the lift but the receptionist was probably watching where I was heading, and after in the room, she immediately called and asked me to get back down to register :o

What if one person (Singaporean) checking in only has Singapore passport and lost his ic? Still can check in?

Went hotel 81 with my wife and also got asked for her ID to register... lol!!

You can book a decent hotel on agoda etc for not much more than a H81 or that type. Book the room for two you check in and they have never asked for the girls ID. Plus you have decent hotel for the night
