I have been masturbating since 1994. Twenty two years have passed, yet the reproductive system is still active. hi bro, i have the same problem. Sadly, so far nothing I've tried works. Tried stopping masturbation, stopping porn and eating various recommended food. So far none of it works. I always exercise regularly so fitness was never a problem. The only thing I haven't tried is medication and all that dodgy stuff cause they can really screw up the system if not compatible with your body. Stay away from those!

Nowadays I just go about enjoying the sex and getting my girls high. But will need to think of some excuse when they ask why I can't cum so that their feelings are not hurt. There's many possibility on this:
1. How you masturbate, hands or other method, if hands if you are used to very hard grip, then most the time you will have problem with coming.
2. Mental issue, refusal to come, worried about coming etcetc
3. Sensitivity issue, changing how you pump can helps eg. instead of deep pump you can go for shallower ones where it focus more on the sensitive head etc.
4. DE, get help.
5. Stress drug etc related. Get help.
