Sperm well running dry
 
My sperm well is running dry, anyone got any recommendation of any suppplement to recuperate. Asked my doctor and seem that there is no supplement except taaking some multivitamin and excercise.

Go to pharmacy and buy Zinc supplements and take everyday

It happened to me. My friend recommended egg white. It works for me.

I agree with this bro. EXERCISE, SLEEP...do other things.
But I have something to add:
1) Watch tv or movies with slight hint of sex...or soft porn. Try downloading and watching "Spartacus: Blood and Sand"
2) Eat healthy meals.

I am 64 this year.


Hypergrid: After cheonging for the last 30 over year sure will dry up due to ageing. But one lucky thing is that I never allow CIM as that will not only dry up but even lost erection in your 40's
