llo. I just want to ask the professionals here about STD's.

Last night I walked to a massage place purely looking for a nice massage. Little did I know it was one of those,so the masseuse began arousing me and one thing led to another.... and we did the deed.

However I was not turned on enough and my dick kept going limp, so she took off the CD and began stimulating me. After which I forgot my CD was off and penetrated her raw and pumped for 1 minute or so. Then her cb was very smelly and I pulled out and to my horror I realise I had no CD on. I went back later on and the lady had gotten off work. So I talked to the colleague and she said that the lady I banged was clean. But I cannot be entirely sure.

First time doing such thing and mentally scarred liao :( :( what are the chances of getting STDS from Thai sex worker? Especially permanent ones like HIV and HEP b/C.

I am fucking terrified and couldn't sleep the whole of last night. Didn't help that my hostel room mate snored like a pig too. It's been about 16 hours since then and I spent the whole night doing research.

There is the PEP treatment which has to be started within 72 hours. and I have an appointment with a doctor tomorrow (36hours after suspected infection). Seeing if I could bring the sex worker to get tested tmr morning at the Thai red cross or not. Any advice and help would be greatly appreciated.

too early for u to test for std/hiv and i doubt the gal will go take the HIV/STD test for you.....so there is really nothing much you could do now..
PEP is a good choice, i would go for that too if i were in your shoes

if you had contracted hiv, its pretty obvious who you got it from.

The fear of the unknown can be both nerve wrecking and stressful.
I am sure all the samsters here will pray for your well being.
I am proud of you that you have the strength and the rational mind to do the right thing of going for the necessary medical advice and treatment.

Thank you for your kind words. At the point of realisation I was totally lost. Mind wasn't working correctly. I went back to my lodging and began researching about STDs extensively, and began formulating my plans on what to do next.

It's a few simple steps really but because brain is in haywire mode so I could not get the thought process done quickly. I even walked back to the massage parlour at 5am in the morning to try my luck and see if she was still there. She was not, and so I had to make minor changes to my plan.

Today has been incredibly nerve-wrecking and also very sobering incident. I regret and don't regret my actions because it taught me an extremely important life lesson. I just only hope and pray I come out clean. I am incredibly thankful for my friend who I can pour out my troubles to and she managed to link me up with one of her friends from Thailand to help me out. I must say I am blessed in this aspect. I am kicking myself for not approaching her earlier because she has been such a great help to me. I am lucky to have a friend like her. To all bros and sis, if you have a problem do not be afraid to tell it to a trusted friend. You will be amazed at how much solace you will receive just from getting it off your chest. It is especially scary for me because I am alone in a foreign land with no one to turn to.

I have not gotten myself tested yet because the results would likely be negative anyway, instead I brought the masseuse to a hospital to be tested, and also paid a small fortune for her troubles, but at this moment I could care less about money. What is money when you don't have life to spend it?

We only managed to test for HIV, HEP a/b/c and syphilis as the female gynae doctor has already left work when the sex worker arrived. Results for HIV came 2 hours later and are..... NEGATIVE! I am happy at this news but I also know it is not definite until I test myself 3-6 months later, and will not bring my hopes up, but I know I am able to sleep more easily tonight. I am also currently on the PEP treatment just before the 24 hour mark, and will persevere throughout the whole course of medication. The one I was prescribed is called Ricovir. Currently I do not have any side effects yet and I hope it remains that way.

To all bros and sis, this mental agony is NOT worth it if you are not prepared to face the consequences. The chances are actually really quite slim but what you stand to lose is too much. So I urge you all to practice safe sex, do it for yourself and also for the sex workers trying to make a living. Thank you all for reading this, for the advice, as well as the support you have given me. I really needed it and appreciate it deeply. Thank you!

Edit: The results for the other STDs tested won't be ready so early. They will be sending it to my email. Fingers crossed.

Also, can anyone advice what not to do/eat/intake with Ricovir? Forgot to ask the doctor and pharmacy.

Hi all, I would like some advice. Have taken my first dose of Ricovir at 10pm. Will start regimen proper according to doctor's orders with every dose after breakfast.

However I am running a fever, with sore throat and flu now. Throughout my life these 3 have sometimes come together, so I will not think too much of it. Furthermore it has been quite a while since i fell ill, and i think today''s anxiety, plus lack of appetite a d hydration could have contributed to it. But still it is irritating and I have read online that I cannot anyhow take other drugs like aspirin with PEP treatment as they may cause kidney damage when consumed together. Is there anything else I can do to alleviate this issue?

If she has bad vaginal odour, it is possible that she is suffering from Trichomoniasis.

From Wiki.

This bug needs to be knocked out with a specific drug called metronidazole trade name Flagyl.

You should mention this to your doctor the next time you visit so that he can assess whether you need a course of this drug. If you have caught Trichomoniasis from this encounter and it isn't treated, you risk infecting all future sexual partners and you'll end up encountering stinky vaginas for the rest of your life. :D
