Ang Moh have money to engage lawyer and his lawyer can get him off without jail term.

Normally in cases involving foreigners...... the norm is not to jail them but to deport them and impose entry ban so as to save taxpayers money instead of giving them free lodging and food..... unless the foreigners involved are resident in Singapore or has interests vested in Singapore.... then they will be treated like the locals and given jail time.
