someone gave me 3 pieces of sticks and told me they are tongkat ali that he bought from indonesia, total about 1.3m long and about 30mm diameter.

how do i use it? anyone every tried fresh tongkat ali? he said they fetch a very good price in china. is it true?

You will have to slice the root and double boil it for minimum of 2 - 4 hrs (depending on qty of sliced pieces) You will get a dark color n bitter concoction. Filter and drink warm with honey. Depending on age of tree b4 root was harvested, u can feel the strength of potion.

what kind of effects do you get? is it immediate or you need long term consumption for the effects? how do you slice, cross-section or use a wood work plane and slice from the surface?

Dried them and grind them into powder. One small teaspoon a day. If you don't like the bitter taste, eat with bananas 🍌 or 🍯 honey. Cheers.

Slice it and left in boiling water for 10 min. Consume after.

Alternative grind it mixed with coffee or tea. :)

There are shitload of fake tongkat ali in the market, you would wish the one you have is not poisonous when you consume it. :o

I take it regularly, buying from proper sources

mine are already dried slices or chips.

you soak in hot water, and you can drink coffee with it.

or you can cook. But since I drink a lot of coffee, its easy to just pour half tongkat ali water, half hot coffee.

The problem with Singapore is the food here are generally oily and added with so much of sugar. Together with life and work stress, these somehow damage men's penises. :o

first of all, he is a close friend of mine, secondly, he gave them to me and not sell to me. he drives his own boat to indonesia to fish and i think he brought the wood back on his boat. i believe they clear custom at bintan and eastern angler buoy in singapore. soi think he won't bo tai bo ji give me fake tongkat ali.
