you are not going to die because of the discharge ... but you really should get yourself checked asap..

could be gonorrhea or inflammation related issue of the urethra/kidney or something more serious..

Yeah most likely Gonorhea.

Hold your pee for 4 hours before going for a urine test. I think with this amount of discharge, DSC or any lab can already culture it directly.

Docs will most likely put you on antibiotics while waiting for result.

Do inform stables or ladies you slept with recently if possible.

Haven been going much on scene nowadays but for a while I was still reading the forum and stuff, ppl pls PLS practice safe sex most fl take roughly 5 customers a day not to mention ang pai sometime it's not the fl fault pretty sure they did a check before coming here.

From the picture it appear to actually look like gonorrhea but you are right it seems its better for him to get checked quickly
