bros.. i happen to be near H81 violet at lavender and at the back lane i saw this opened door which leads to something like another small hotel..
anyone been there before?
and know what are the room rates there?

The one at cavan rd? Yes it is a private hotel and rates are similar to H81. You need an intro to get you in.

If the doors are open, why do you need an intro? Should be able to go in and book right? Got disco lights but please be careful. Not sure if it's an allowed hotel. Looks very dodgy. For one thing, there is only 1 exit/entrance. So in the event of fire, sure die. But then again, I don't think a lot of people here care abt safety so... please go ahead... die... :p

i don't think need intro to get in. coz the door is always open. but i don't know if that hotel is legal or not.

There have been reports of suspicious men hanging around the place. I think it's an unlicensed hotel as it has only 1 exit/entrance. The place will never pass for fire safety regulations. There has been strong speculation that this place may be raided by police soon. A few brothers have mentioned about the men watching the hotel. You guys may want to be careful and skip this place. Why cheong and be caught? Not worth it.

I suppose by now even if they not watching, since appear here, they on lookout liao ... anyway with so many budget hotels around no point sticking out for this one .... :)
