UTI or std?
 
I started feeling slight pain in my balls every once in a while, almost like nerve pinching, with slight pain in the top urinal tract when pee

Well of course, that's true for everyone asking a question here. Obviously I'm looking for opinions just like everyone posting a thread

Well in that case, to me it sounds more like a UTI. Especially the fact that you reused a condom. Might wanna stop doing that in the future.

If the symptoms aren't severe and could possibly just be minor uti. Can I just pass it out by drinking more water?

Better safe than sorry. As the other bro already said it might become worse if left alone. Never delay this kind of thing and hope itll go away, you might regret it.

my opinion is to go see a doctor ASAP, but it's unlikely it's a STD/STI. like others said, you used a used condom.. maybe don't ever do that again..

how long did the symptom persists ? i not doctor i cannot diagnose myself, but when i suspect minor uti, i did not have the balls pain. only some pain pee-ing. drink water pass out took only 1 day. if your pain persists more than 1 or 2 days i think go see doctor ?
