The way I see it you were roundly condemned and mass zapped not because of your clarion call for concerted action for the common good, but for your refusal to play the game in this particular thread.
So what is the game?
Firstly, put on some false modesty, so use words like lehs and lahs, write in singlish even though you are quite capable of proper 'england' Doesn't matter if you are actually an egomaniac and actually go trading for reputation points. Hypocrisy is the new self deprecation. So long as you play the pretend humble game. Its basically a race to the bottom to see who can use the worst england and most atrocious spelling, lidat you suan me goot meh, (Yes that s the s.o.p. rejoiner when buttered up, however insincere), then you are deem humble. Never mind how contrived. The object is to out-mediocre each other. Mendacious conduct is best.
Secondly, discard your individual thinking and povs, however well argued and cogent. This is groupspeak, no wait, groupthink land. We don't like individuals here especially those who are capable of independent thought and a bit of guts to speak out. Toe the company line, mate. Thought crime is punished with mass zapping. The theme of this thread is be dumb. But if you are not, well pretend to be. "Chim analysis" is shunned. Intelligent discourse is held in disdain. You just need to dumb down. Got it?
Thirdly, genuinely suck up a bit lah, go taikor here, taikor there lo, or ck here, ck there. It's a mutual admiration club here, you ampu me, I ampu you. That way both parties syok sendiri hahaha. So you can get your rocks off. And show others how brave you are. By attacking newbies. Make this a taikor (self sacclaimed) club. Feel your own importance by running down on the less experienced.
