To me filing a complaint is almost useless, as all they do is discipline the gal and give me a bunch of apologies and empty promises. They NEVER give you any of the money back (this is CHINA and they take your $ not give it) or offer any type of incentive to return (discount next time, etc..). None of this makes up for your wasted night for her bad service as you are never going to choose her again, and don't care if she's disciplined. If they are really sorry about her behavior they should give some $$$ back or offer a discount on a future visit.
My advice is that as soon as you sense the experience going to crap, cut your losses and let her go at the sitting fee/ short time fee. Otherwise you will be charged overnight fee, have a crappy night, and waste your time complaining to management who will likely turn a deaf ear.
