In my opinion it is always open negotiate, cause she likes me if she agrees to stay again. But I didn't get any rejection so far. lucky me.
Some mei mei even refuse to accept any payment. Depends on chemistry.
There's some who even buy gifts like perfumes, Wifi AP, treat me meals.
Just be nice to them and they will be very nice to you.
But be careful with PZL mei mei. Cause they can be over obsessive.
They will stick to you like glue. Can't shake them off after that.
There's a situation where the PZL mei mei cried outside my room while I have another mei mei I took back from KTV inside. Freaked me out.
