Agree, many of the part timers are super young. Will kena rotan one leh.
Most of them either have a regular job during the day time or they just simply cannot afford the 入职费. They also need to pay for 公牌, locker fee, uniform etc if they were to 入职. One possible set back with these part timers is that they usually need to leave very early in the morning to prepare to go the their regular day job.
