Yes when patronising G-Clubs I personally feel we're paying for the VIP treatment, exclusivity and entertainment not for the expensive food & beverage.
Especially if you're a regular you feel very happy to see the familiar faces everytime you go there.
I call this the kum cheng factor.
When I see my old Sales Rep which I've not met for 6 years I feel very happy.
She took good care of my guests back at defunct The Resort G-Club countless times.

Two ways of choosing PRs in a G-Club.
1) Browse yourself at the PR holding area
2) Request Sales Rep to bring PRs according to your specifications. Eg. Ao jai gaeng + shun shun + nom yai (that's mine. 555).
Aiyoh have to say my Thai sibei rusty liao.
Walau come back to China almost talk Thai to the China Immigration officer!

You know why? Because the bassist damn good!
I believe some of the band members are from the defunct The Resort G-Club.
That's why I renewed my membership many times in the past at The Resort G-Club because of the good live band.
