H is not hard if you are in NY. If you have manpower in NY then get your guys to go get it lor. To me H is not too bad, but how many 10k bullets does one have anyway? Even if one has 100 mil also cannot afford many 10k bullets lei. I have seen too many riches to rags stories. So now a bit more careful with 10k bullets.
