Don't know if any penalty. Maybe customer will kena black face from OKT lor. Then the girl might kena scold by OKT lor.
So if we do not want to let the girls get scolded, we just be considerate and not exceed the timing lor....
But if regular, usually OKT won't mind eat some extra time here and there lah.
I think the two hour rule is good though, at least give other bros a chance.
But if the girl is not busy, should allow regulars to block book as long no customers waiting outside. I mean, that's just good business.
So maybe this rule should be tweaked to "Booking of more than 2 hours is not allowed if there are other customers waiting" ?
