For ML, this is the first time I encountered advance payment.
For FL, I don't mind if the look is good. If look no good, I will walk away!

I always feel very good when I walk away bcos $$$ still inside my pocket. We should do that more often, especially when the door open and you see buey gum ....
I have never fancy YY before, but I also feel I should RTM to her someday. Maybe it is the new makeup, she does look chio ytd! I actually have the intention to cancel LL and go for YY on the spot...
