TAXI rates.

Just for your info.

If you take taxi at From the Airport, they will charge higher so the distance from Airport to say Shangila will cost you around 8000- 9000 kyats. If you want cheaper, walk out side the airport to the main road side and hail.

If you take from Shangri la location or down town location to Airport, it should be around 7000 kyats. Avoid taking taxi from hotel lobby. They charge higher. Walk bit out side to take.

Any where in between you should be able to roughly estimate.

Always ego with the driver first before taking it.

After 12 am is higher as well.
