Just came back from HCMC last night. Was staying at Rex Hotel thanks to my company. As you all know, the hotel is extremely guest unfriendly after 9pm.
However, this time I tried a trick that I heard (I think from here), which is basically to ask the girl to meet me at the roof top bar.
Results is 50-50...my girl was unable to come up to the roof top, but my colleague's were unable to do so. So I was wondering if the way they dress matters as she was wearing a jacket outside and isn't too revealing, as compared to my past attempt.
Anyway, end up paying USD50 for 1 hour....
