Bro, 120k SGD is about 550k RMB. Enuff to buy an apartment in some cities already.
Don't look at it so much as 120k per say but rather you should look at it from the angle that you just purchased an apartment for her. It should not matter if it is RMB or SGD or even USD, the fact of the matter is, baoer just purchased an apartment for a WL. That is how I look at it lor. But WLs being WLs, when prices go up later on they can still turn around later when inflation starts coming into play, and say, how much did you give me.
