The point is, the girl want to makan his "barfine $", so I doubt she will tell the truth and most probably will make it sound like the bar insists or she can't even get this month's salary. U should know what I mean since we all know the tricks of the Thai girls.
Yup whether part time girls or full time girls can leave and come back as and when they like/want provided they give ample time/notice. No such things as need to paybar 1 month. The bar or the agents dun own the girls. There's no legal tenure for leasing the girls.
