June's escapade was to Patts with only window fri night-sun

. Go Scoot evening and return on AA was for 220. This was more an exception due to favourable timings, but DM is across city to get to Patts (vs shorter commute from Swampy).
DM can get busy, crowded with impossible taxi Qs at peak hours (good thing I had private taxi to Patts then).
Yes, have done TG mostly with good promos directly or with MC. Pricing is reasonable between 230-270 (varies on expanding timing choices). Imho, this differential vs budget is attractive what with extra costs add-on for luggage, plus makan (for budget). And double aisle embarking and disembarking, with in-seat entertainment. No offence to budget travellers, with low pricing when booking well ahead. Notice budget prices go way up though when booking closer to departure, with little or no differential vs regular airlines. Same for peak holiday periods.
Even SQ got promos 230 up but restricted 2 to go, with blackout periods.
