Hi all

I'm writing this report in the very room that julia have kept me waiting. My booking timing ? 3pm. Told me wait then ready waited for another 1 hr. 4pm then tell me just now customer came late. Now tell me customer don't want let her go. To whoever this customer is, F*CK you!

U also pay I also pay, what makes u special ?

And aside to tb88, you should managed the time properly too. If not ready then don't tell customer to go up.
