If you are looking for wilder possibilities, you can try Hui Qiao, where I am regular. It is on level4 of Hui4 Qiao2 Hotel near Zhong1 Ri3 You2 Hao4 Yi1 Yuan4.

Just look for Xiao1 Yao2. I enjoy regular discount, so the room incl. drinks is cheaper then Fu Hua. You can just tell her you are Qing4 Ge1's friends, she might just offer you the discounted rate.
