A few weeks ago I took a private taxi back from JB to SGP sharing with 2 others. I overheard them talking about VBs with the driver and they were saying have FLs operating in private houses and condos similar to our Geylang style legal house. I did not ask for more info as I do not know them but I tried my best to listen to their talking. Maybe those 2 are fellow samsters here and if you are... please share your lobangs with the rest of us.
