well, the control on the price can always be changed if authorities agree to it. for euros, if its west euro i agree with u there might not be able to take it n complain as their standard of living is still quite high, many countries there r welfare states esp scandinavia n Great Britain, but for east euros, its most likely same or worse as China standard , they will not complain and might demand even lesser than China, China is much stronger n richer then these countries anyway. amnesty international wont call the pm over these matters as the labour laws in legal geylang r quite reasonable already.
not many asians know how cheap east euro is compared to China n other asians, its lowest 10 euros per pop in many east euro countries, east euro cost of living is even lower than China.
in fact many east euros just wanna get out of their country as soon as possible because the environment is terrible there, its almost third world standard there, guess they wont be too interested in holidays.

In China south korea n thailand, there r many Russian and east euro fls, if they can choose these places instead of west europe why not sg? though many choose germany legal scene, its just 50 euros per pop for fkk saunanclub, maybe even lower for other establishments there, price of cat150 in geylang should be acceptable to them
if okt were willing to get out of their comfort zone to try euros they will benefit, there is huge demand forecasted, deamnds as huge as PRC or even more before they entered n definetely more than viet, they had already gone out of their comfort zone for viet n PRC, not hard for east euros. viet might not be a huge success as they r asians so it still lacks exotic factor. but for east euro it will be a great success as they r exotic n beautiful, too many good points to say here.
