Actually the hostesses stopped following the ferries for quite a few months already... Now they only welcome you when you arrive or depart at harborbay... They also man the VIP lounge at harborbay, for those on biz class seats departing from harborbay...

But for me, the 10 bucks top up is still worth it for the trip to harborbay because it guarantees that I clear immigration within 5 mins instead of 30-45mins when the ferry is full...

Yes, a couple of them are lovely indeed...! My fave Horizon hostess is Azizah...
