If you like saltish then add more fish sauce...the key to eat banh canh cua is to eat starchy soupy taste with lots of chilies..and not watery if you goes later or night...they may have added more water by then...
if you want to try eat Banh Canh Cua with greenish color then go Nguyen Thong D3...
