Yes, it's been a while since I had any Vietnamese problems that I felt needed to get solved a.s.a.p. Now there's only one girl I sms with and we've been doing the Google translate thing so much that we're both really good at it now, and she's also picked up some English that she tries to use sometimes.
My Vietnamese has improved some, but it's more that the difficult situations haven't come up again.
