Seems to be hitting dead ends probably because Viet is alien to me and I have no idea what is the culture there like. There are many cafes which are chain of cafes such as Trung Nguyen Coffee and Highland Cafes...all these dun have sexy eye candy waitresses...you can sit and relax just hv a cuppa without paying tips...
