Errrrr very difficult to suggest, depends on a lot of factors. Examples, your F&B business will make u rich or just past time? What is the specialty of your business that the locals can't do? The list goes on....
For example, I always tell my friend, I want to retire n open a cafe... A cafe for me to make my own favor coffee. A place to meet new friends, a place for friends to gather. A cosy relax life for me to spend my day.
