Different to the story leh. The story is abt him renting them out to the MLs/Prostitute. If ppl like him dun exist, u think u got chance to visit those ML operating out of residences? It's just a way both parties make their money.
Those I despise more are those who so called helped to apply for permits for the gals end up cheat them big sum without giving them the permits. Those r big sums and I have heard of a few kena before alr.
