Mr Chia or Ah Hoe as many would address him. Got into 35 minutes queue to get my share of Mee Pok. The way he boiled the Noodle to the right texture that is tender to the palate. The cooked meats are soft, juices and tender. Soup base and Noodle sauce are slightly above average. Not too expensive with one average size prawn and 2 slices of abalone cost $4. Plus lots of minced and sliced posts
His former disciple had open Japanese Ramen Mee Pok at Block 713 Clememti St 2 using the same name
